  • Corte a cebola e fatie bem fininha.
  • Corte a banana em cubos pequenos e coloque em recipiente de vidro médio e fundo.
  • Esprema o suco dos limões e da laranja acrescente as bananas e rale a casca da laranja sobre o recipiente.
  • Corte a cebola fatie bem fininha e acrescente no recipiente.
  • Rale o gengibre com a casca sobre o recipiente corte a pimenta bem picadinha e o cheiro verde e acrescente no recipiente.
  • Acrescente as colheres de milho e o sal no recipiente.
  • Misture tudo muito bem leve à geladeira e deixe marinando por algumas horas.
  • Sirva gelado.
